Using this website

This site is operated by Under the Sun FL, LLC. The content here is provided for information. We keep it accurate and up to date as far as we reasonably can, but nothing on this site is a binding quotation.

Published prices are starting points

Every price shown on this site is a starting point, not a flat quote. Interior painting starts at $350, exterior at $2,500, pressure cleaning at $150, and so on. What your project actually costs depends on its size, its condition, access and the finish you choose. The only number that binds either of us is the one on your written estimate.

Estimates

Estimates are free and are given in writing before any work begins. An estimate is valid for 30 days from its date unless it says otherwise. If we find something during the work that we could not reasonably have seen when we measured, such as rot behind a coating or water damage behind a wall covering, we will stop, tell you, and agree the change with you before continuing.

Scheduling and weather

Exterior work in South Florida depends on the weather. We will not start or continue coating in conditions that would compromise the finish, and we may reschedule for that reason. We will tell you as early as we can when that happens.

Our guarantee

We stand behind our work with a workmanship guarantee. If our workmanship is not right, tell us and we will come back and make it right. This covers our work. It does not cover damage from causes outside it, such as storm damage, impact, structural movement, water intrusion from a source we did not work on, or ordinary wear. Manufacturer coverage on the product itself, where it exists, comes from the manufacturer.

Payment

Payment terms are set out on your written estimate and agreed before work begins.

Cancelling

You can cancel or reschedule by calling (954) 807-3019. We are open 24/7, every day. Where materials have already been bought or mixed to your specification, we may ask you to cover those.

Promotion terms

First-time customers save 10%.

Who qualifies

First-time customers of Under the Sun FL, LLC. One per household or property.

Eligible work

Residential painting and related services. Commercial projects are not included.

Minimum

A project total of $2,500 or more before the discount is applied.

How to claim

Give us code FIRST10 when you request your free estimate, or at any point before the estimate is provided. It cannot be applied after a proposal has been issued, after work has begun, or retroactively.

Limits

Not combinable with any other offer. No cash value. Does not apply to change orders added after the proposal is signed, to materials purchased separately, or to work funded by an insurance claim or a third party.

At our discretion

The discount is offered at the discretion of Under the Sun FL, LLC and is not guaranteed on every project. Where it applies, it will appear on your written estimate before any work begins. Under the Sun FL, LLC may modify or end this promotion at any time.

Financing

The estimator on our financing page is a maths tool. It is not an offer of credit, an approval, or a rate we control. Your real rate and term come from the lender after they review your application.

Reviews shown on this site

Reviews on this site are shown through a widget that pulls from our Google Business Profile. We do not write them and we do not edit them. Which reviews the widget displays is governed by its display settings, and the complete set is always visible on the Google Business Profile itself.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Otherwise, our liability in connection with work we carry out is limited to the amount you paid us for that work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
