Most of Boca west of the Intracoastal sits inside an association with an approved palette, and a good number of them require a submittal before a brush touches the wall. We will pull the approved list for your community, put your two or three candidates on a board with the trim and the barrel tile in front of you, and give you the product names and codes the committee wants to see. If the submittal comes back rejected we redo it. Colour consultation comes with the project, and on a repaint this is where it earns its keep.
Mediterranean stucco and barrel tile
