Under the Sun FL, LLC is a locally owned painting and pressure-cleaning contractor based in Boca Raton, licensed and insured. We work across twenty-three South Florida towns in Palm Beach and Broward counties, from Jupiter down to Miami.
How we work
Most of what separates a good paint job from a bad one happens before any colour goes on. Pressure clean so the coating has something sound to key into. Let it dry properly rather than coating a damp wall to keep a schedule. Open the cracks rather than bridging them. Prime bare stucco rather than spot-priming and hoping. Each of those steps exists because skipping it produces a specific, predictable failure, and we would rather explain that up front than come back for it.
Inside, it is the same discipline pointed at different problems: floors covered wall to wall rather than a drop cloth under the ladder, switch plates off rather than cut around, edges cut by hand, and the room put back the way we found it. You will look at the line where the wall meets the ceiling every day for years. It is worth getting right.

We build for this climate
Salt air, stucco, afternoon storms and hurricane season all change how a coating should be specified and when it should go on. A system that is fine in Atlanta fails here in two seasons. We spec for the wall in front of us, not for a catalogue.
