What we do

How this works
What is true across all ten
The trades differ. How we quote them, prepare for them and stand behind them does not.
Every price shown is a floor
The figure on each service is where that trade starts, not what your job costs. It exists so you can rule us in or out before spending time on the phone. The real number comes from measuring on site and it appears in writing before anything is opened.
Preparation is most of the job
On almost every service here, what decides whether the work lasts happens before any finish goes on: washing so a coating bonds to the wall rather than to what is growing on it, priming so repairs do not flash, degreasing before cabinets, moisture testing before epoxy. It is invisible on handover day and it is where cheap quotes save their money.
The estimate names the product
Not "premium paint". Manufacturer, line and sheen, per surface, with the number of coats and what is excluded. There is a wide spread between the cheapest and best line from the same manufacturer, and a quote that does not distinguish them has not made a decision.
One crew, and the same one
You get the same people through the job rather than whoever was free that morning. It matters most on multi day work, where the standard set on day one has to hold to the end.
Workmanship guarantee
If our work is not right we come back and make it right. That stands behind every service on this page, and we are open 24/7, so raising it does not mean waiting for business hours.
Not sure which you need
Plenty of projects cross two or three of these. A repaint frequently starts with pressure cleaning, an interior often needs drywall repair first, and popcorn removal always ends in painting. Describe what you are trying to achieve rather than picking a service, and we will tell you what it actually involves.
