Who we are

Under the Sun FL, LLC, trading as Under the Sun Interiors & Exteriors, is a painting and pressure-cleaning contractor based in Boca Raton, FL. You can reach us on (954) 807-3019 or at support@underthesunfl.com.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to quote and carry out work:

• What you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, and whatever you tell us about the project, when you submit the estimate form, book a time on our calendar, call, or text us.
• What your browser sends. Standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed and where you arrived from.
• What we do not collect. We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

How we use it

• To prepare and send your written estimate, and to schedule and carry out the work.
• To contact you about your enquiry, by phone, text or email.
• To understand which pages and services people use, so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Services we use that also handle your data

This site relies on a small number of third parties. Each has its own privacy policy, and your information is handled under that policy as well as this one:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). Our estimate form and our review display run on GoHighLevel, and the page the form sends you to afterwards, where you can book a time, is theirs as well. Anything you type into the form or when booking goes to them and then to us.
• Google. We use Google Analytics to understand site usage in aggregate, and our reviews come from our Google Business Profile.
• Meta. We use the Meta pixel to measure how well our advertising works. It records that a visit, a call, a text or a form submission happened. It does not receive what you wrote in the form.

Calls and texts

When you tap a phone or text link on this site we record that the tap happened, so we know which pages lead to contact. We record that it happened, not the content of your call or message. If you text us, standard message and data rates from your carrier apply, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP.

Cookies and similar technology

The analytics and advertising services above set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some measurement will not. If you would rather not be measured at all, most browsers offer a do-not-track or private-browsing mode.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them to service the relationship and to meet our legal and tax obligations, and no longer than that.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@underthesunfl.com or call (954) 807-3019 and we will deal with it. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear rather than slipped in.
