What happens next
From the form to a number you can rely on
Nobody is going to quote your house from a form. This is what the process actually is, so you know what you are starting.
1. We get in touch
Usually the same day. We are open 24/7, every day, so an evening or a weekend enquiry is not sitting until Monday. If it is quicker to talk it through, call or text instead and skip the form entirely.
2. We come and look
For anything beyond a small repair we measure on site rather than guessing from a photograph. Conditions vary enormously between two houses that look similar, and the things that move a price, wall condition, access, how much trim there is, are not visible in a picture.
3. You get it in writing
Surfaces listed individually, the preparation described, the product named by line and sheen, the number of coats, what is excluded, the timeline and the payment schedule. Our note on how to read a painting estimate explains why each of those matters.
4. Nothing starts until you say so
No work begins before you have the written estimate in hand and have agreed it. If we find something once preparation starts, wood rot or stucco damage that was not visible, we show you, price it and get approval before carrying it out.
- What should I include in the form?
- The town, which surfaces you are thinking about, and roughly when you want the work. A photograph helps us come prepared even though it is not what we quote from. If you are a first-time customer, mention the code and it will appear on your written estimate.
- How quickly will you come out?
- Usually within a few days, and faster if the job is urgent. Dry season is our busiest stretch for exterior work, so if you want an exterior done between November and April it is worth starting the conversation early.
- Do you charge for the estimate?
- No. The estimate is free and it is in writing, and the colour consultation comes free with your project as well.
- Do you cover my town?
- We work across Boca Raton and all of South Florida, with pages for the nine towns we are in most often. If yours is not listed, ask rather than assuming, because the list is where we are most often rather than a boundary.
